Expressions photographed my wedding, and I was very disappointed with their service and the quality of their pictures.\r

I asked the photographer for certain pictures – use of parasols I specifically purchased for my bridesmaids, for example - and my requests were not honored. The photographer told his assistant to remove the parasols and put them away. Some pictures which are rather obvious ‘must takes’, i.e., a grouping of me with my female attendants, my husband with me and our children, etc., were not taken. There are exceptionally few pictures of the bride alone, but literally about 25 of my dress hanging on a door.\r

In addition, many of the pictures have poor composition. For example, we performed a choreographed dance. We had two photographers for the day, and they could have chosen to stand in different locations to catch different angles of the dance. They chose to stand right next to each other in a very bad vantage point behind us, so all of our poses and the final dip at the end of the dance were not captured. There are also a number of pictures with obstructions in front of people's faces.\r

When we received our proofs, I literally cried for days, as there were so few pictures we actually liked, let alone loved. When I told the photographer I was disappointed in the pictures and asked for a discount on prints or a partial refund, he stopped responding to my emails and hasn’t spoken to me since.
