The Best Flooring, Best Customer Service 12/10/2011

Very good customer service. Nice people. Very helpful. Always can explain and answer your questions. I never saw better flooring place that Expo Floors. Staff is very lawful and truthful so as owners. Quality of product is the best, very durable and not too expansive. They have lots of colors to choose from, so you'll always find what you want, and of course assistants will always show you around and advice you with your inquiry. So if you need to get flooring, don't wait, go to EXPO FLOORS =) The Best! more

Horible servise, people are rude and unpatient, makes the felling like you are being begged or forced to buy something, when i didn't bought anything and turn around, felt like i have been disrespected and humiliated by the service staff. Quality of the product is poor, really can be better that it is. Cheap prices for cheap stuff, with a cheap customer service. I am disappoited with the business service like that. Unprofessional in any business, ""customer is always right, he know what he wants."" more

Floor Installers 7/12/2011

WE are professional floor installers, and mainly do installations of Expo Floors Laminate and Engineer hard wood. The product is very nice and the price is just amazing. The service is friend and overlay fast. The open early in the morning but it can get fairly loaded as many constructors picking up product for day installations, so if you want faster service try picking up material day before the installation can save you some time. more

I am professional floor installer have been in business for over 10 years, and been doing business with Expo Floors for at least 5 years and they always make sure that I am happy. The processing is really fast, they also offer free delivery. As for the photos with water damage I have to say one thing the guy doesn more

The good thing about this buisness is that the prices are great! The service is fast, and the employs are friendly. The empolyees are bilangual: a lot of them can speek not only perfect English, but perfect Russian, too. The floors look beautiful and are very durable. They are also very careful when driving the forklifts around.By the way, I woulndn't trust the writer of a review who called the people who don't agree with him or her ""morons"". BEST PLACE FOR FLOORS IN SAC AND BAY AREA IF YOUR A BUISNESS!!! more

FIVE (5) awesome FIVE (5) star reviews in 5 days!!!! Are these people morons?? Do they really believe that by having employees post stellar reviews will hide the unprofessional business practices? BEFORE YOU SHOP HERE... call their phone number. Count how many times they will say, ""I don't know"". These are kids with a limited amount of English language skills and yet they can answer and help with an install? Everything is substandard there from the poorly trained staff to the low grade chinese swap-meet products they sell. more

Very fast and professional service. Also very good prices. Order from them every week. Other bad reviews don't even know what they are talking about. It's wholesale only store the never sell anything to a home owner directly, only to stores and contractors. more

Good People and Service 3/14/2011

I am glad I found this place - Expo Floors, their material are great, their people are polite and professional. When I asked question they explained me everything I need to know about hard wood floor material, then directed me to the store where I was able to buy their material. Then during the installation process, I called them several time and they were very responsive, always answered the phone and in professional manner explained me all of my questions. The floor came out very nice I am so happy with it. I definitely recommend this company to my friends, and my family. more

FIVE STARS all the way!!! expo Floors did an outstanding job in guiding me through the spec's and installation method's ! Great communication & superior service. The sales manager (johnny) was thorough and professional. The hardwood's wear layer is performing awsome dropped hella stuff and no scratch .. . We were very happy with the entire process and will definitely be getting more hardwood from them ps i read the previous comments ..and im not gonna lie i tried to buy materials from them direct,but they would not sell it to me...but they directed me to a local dealer which worked out fine... more

REALLY GOOD FLOORING 3/10/2011

HI my name is Bella was looking for floors a while back, and I came across EXPO FLOORS. I stopped buy their store in Sacramento location and walked in, i have asked for their help since I did not know much about their company, they have explained allot to me. When I asked for prices they could not give them to me, because they said that they are Wholesale Company i respect that. So they suggested me to go to nearest store. I have purchased at local Retail store. I then went back to EXPO FLOORS to pick up my materials their where house guys are very professional Drivers they were very help full And Very FRIENDLY. I WILL DEFINETLY SUGGEST EXPO FLOORS TO MY FRIENDS.. more

The only place to choose flooring 3/10/2011

These guys are awesome! They know everything about their products. They help me a lot. Since they don't sell to the public I had to go to one of the stores they supply. But I did choose what I want at Expo Floors show room and guys even help me to choose right underlay and transitions. This is the place I will suggest to all my friends and everyone who ask me. I will definitely go there again to choose floor for my vacation house. Thank you Expo Floors very much. more

Big time Rip-off 2/8/2011

Expo floors is a big time rip off. Very poor customer service. Young guys driving forklift, very dangerous to be around while getting loaded. Laminate and all of the product, including luqid nail are at very very low quality. They say they give warranty on the products that they are selling, but it is all a rip off. Never will go there again and neither should anybody. This company should get sued for their business. All of the good and amazing review are paid by the owner of the company. more

I went to Expo Floors to buy laminate for my kitchen. After I met the staff I should have turned and walked out. It is unbelievable how clueless these people are. more
