Don't use this company to install anything. They will half do the job then ask you for more money. Left my double din radio sticking out because they were too lazy to properly secure the wires. Ended up having to take the radio to another place where all the problems were resolved. Wanted my dimmer light connected they said they don't do that and it would be another $15. Asked around at other shops and they stated they normally don't hook it up but they would do it for free if requested by the customer on a install job. Dimmer light took 2 minutes to connect very easy. Worst place in Baton Rouge to get car work done period. They have no idea of what good customer service is and do not care. more

I came into the store looking for a remote start alarm. At first Mrs. Parker was very nice and professional. I decided to do business with this company because it was a local African- American establishment and their prices were competitive with the others. I paid my deposit as required and set an appointment for the next day. I was told by Mr. Parker that he was going to meet me there at 6:30 am the day of the scheduled install and that did not happened as promised. I was also promised by Mr. Parker that the install would be complete by 2 pm. I arrived there at 2pm and did not receive my vehicle until 6:30 pm. The install was still incomplete. I paid the balance in full and did not get my install complete until a week later. Horrible customer service and the worse customer satisfaction effort. I know situations arise however; it?s how you correct them. Nice facility but no commitment to excellence. After this I will never do business with them again!!! Pros: null Cons: null more

I Had to go see for myself i was at the barbershop i looked into a car Expertsound did for A guy he told me who did it I was amazed he had a subwoofer named imagedynamic in acustom box but from reading he reviews i was like damn the two angry cosumers most think music is in and out job. i have a1972 cutlass supreme i wanted my Music done right and ten other people told me to go to them they have the best equiptment and better installers they try to please the customers i witness people while i was in the store get mad at them but i heard the salesperson think his name was D tell her that her car was going to take a while the lady was ok with it but a hour past and she was getting pissed i have been at numerous shops and let me tell you for what they were doing i have witness shops take days to do atfer she heard her vehicle she was ok music is not fast food it take hours sometimes even days if you want things done right and why talk about black businesses im white but i understand expert sound want lie to you are rip you off like other shops and plus they have done vehicles that desrve to be in magazines i seen max 94.1 vehile that they had customized and a yellow hummer with 18 inch subwoofers why do people hate when they c others doing thanks expertsound ignore foolishness because you guys treated me with respect even though i told you i wanted jl audio you guys save me money and your product and services should be appreciated i texted thi because i typed expertsound on the computer to print out directions for a coworker who loves my sytem and I see all these damn lies people wake up and go experience for yourself people have one bad experience and try to ruin success more

Man i had to write a report about these people... I went to got some music done on my car recently and it was the worst experience ever... they take forever to do your music.... Then they brake up your stuff in your car... Then they was go tell me to take my car with me knowing that some of the things they did didn't even work... Good job i checked it before i left.... The music sounds good but all the stuff they did wrong overtakes that... Expert Sound gets a two thumbs down from me.... I think they even put the wrong alarm system in the car then what i asked for. The only reason i went was because they had a nice price. more

My brother and I have both recently gotten some work done at Expert Sound. It has been nothing but a terrible experience for both of us. They will take as long as humanly possible with your vehicle and they will never get anything done right the first time. STAY AWAY FROM EXPERT SOUND! I'm never one to write reviews but they forced me to write this one. They are terrible. Seriously. The only reason why I went to them is because they had a price I couldn't refuse. You get what you pay for with them. They leave wires hanging everywhere, broke a panel in my car, lost the screws for my amp terminal covers, built a fiberglass box that looks terrible, and horribly messed up and remote start alarm install. They have the largest selection in car audio and best prices! They are experts in car audio and I love being there. Pros: best variety, best price more
