I went to the Boca Park Euphoria last week for a facial, and waxing. I thought it was a great experience and I thought the prices were very reasonable. Made another appointment and plan to go every month. I had Rebecca and she was very good. VERY good, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone! more

I went into Euphoria in Boca park as a walk-in to get a trim. A trim to me is 1/2 an inch to an inch off. She cut 3 inches off of my hair and the back and sides were like a zig. She styled my hair like I had just walked out of 1985. It was big and puffy so I couldn't even tell that the cut was so bad because of the way she styled it. I got home and started to straight iron it and that is when I knew it was bad. On top of all that she charged $60 for a terrible cut! I will never go back to this person again. I had to go to a different salon to get it fixed, which was 40 more bucks. Her name is Zharan or something like that, I don't quite remember it, but I would not recommend a hair cut from her to anyone. Pros: no pros Cons: Worst haircut I have ever had!! more

I have received a $100.00 Euphoria gift card for Christmas the past 3 years. The first year I used it at the location on Stephanie in Henderson and received a less than mediocre haircut. The second year I used it all year long to buy product, not willing to risk another haircut disaster. This year, on 2/13/08 I went to the Boca Park location and received the worst haircut I have ever had in life. She texturized my hair with thinning shears and the result was catastrophic - I looked like a weird rooster. I called the corporate office to complain and request a refund - something I normally never do, just never go back and tell everyone I know not to go...they didn't even want to see my hair. They told me the stylist was an independent contractor and they would have to recoup the money paid to her to reimburse me, that was 2/22/08. I have been chasing my reimbursement for almost 2 months now, and was told that the only recourse was to issue me another GIFT CARD. Why would I want that? I have lived in Vegas 20 years and the two worst haircuts during the past 20 years have both been at Euphoria, different locations. Please, save yourself the grief and go elsewhere. I am on my 3rd repair haircut - great stylist at JC Penney for half the price and a GREAT haircut. Pros: None, no customer service at all Cons: Worst haircut I have ever had more

I love that I can call in advance or many times last minute to book a facial or massage here. Don't mistakenly go to the school, because that sign is bigger. My swedish massage was better than some I have gotten in high priced salons or on the strip. The employees seem to care about you and don't seem like they are rushing to make a quota. I will be back. more

I recently spent my birthday at the Alliante location on Decatur. Most of the personal service was exceptional...however-the quality of the work was infuriating. My massage felt like I was being poked softly by a 3 year old. My facial/eye-brow waxing was as enjoyable as they can be-I guess. My manicure/pedicure were a waste(ie:too much time/money for too little benefit and sloppy lines). My haircut is....well it f*ing blew. I would hope Sherry meant well, but she performed horribly. And everything was so anally time-scheduled that I wasn't comfortable asking for the stylist(Sherry) to fix her atrocious cut job with her next appointment waiting. So....I went home and fixed my hair myself. The most expensive haircut I ever received....and I ended up having to fixing it as best I could myself. In short....I will never go back to Euphoria Day Spa & Salon...at least not to the Alliante location and I shall be hard pressed to return to ANY location. My birthday of pampering was reduced to a waste of time, money, energy, and quite frankly....WAS RUINED. The only saving moment for them was each of their individual personalities and patience...excluding the stylist. Ladies, before booking a grandiose day with Euphoria, please sample some smaller services....so you won't be as horrifically disappointed as I am on your special day. From now on....forget the big spas...Walmart has better products/services...which says very little for Euphoria. more

I have gone to Queyn to get my gels done a few times but was going out of town so I went to Laguna which was much closer to where I live. Horrible experience there, will NEVER cheat on Queyn again! She's quick, does a great job, is not overpriced, very friendly.. And I appreciate her work all the more after Laguna's massacre of my hands! Highly reccommended! more

Michelle did an amazing job on my hair. I love the color and cut. She was very patient with my active nine year old son. I had a wonderful time and it was worth every penny of my teacher's salary!!! Pros: great parking, great service, great job!!! Cons: none at all more

I waited for 10 minutes before getting up and walking in my robe to the front desk. They had forgotten about me and hurried to arrange a therapist. After waiting 20 minutes, my massage began. I was told I would get 90 minutes for a 60 min price. I was upset when the therapist only gave me a 25 minutes total, due to her having a client right after me. I was very polite and left to get changed. The receptionist asked how I enjoyed my massage, and I said, I would not be back. She asked why and I told her it was like I was an inconvience to them that day. I was not rude, but she knew there I was very dissappointed. I have heard other stories but much worse than mine about Euphoria Day Spa at different locations around Las Vegas. I was given a gift certificate for a swedish massage, manicure and pedicure. I had never been to a salon like this before, they make every client feel welcome and special. The massage, done by Rachel, was fabulous and I would recommend it to anyone. more

I recently had an extremely relaxing spa pedicure and at a very resonable price. My manicurist is the most pleasant and skilled technician that Euphoria has to offer. After being pampered (by Jennifer Henderson at the Boca Park location) with a manicure and pedicure, I was on cloud nine and so were my feet and hands. Thank you Jennifer. You got a regular in me.
