I scheduled over $200 worth of services as a B-day treat to myself; Facial, Massage, Mani & Pedi, and when I arrived, not only was I NOT greeted, (at 8am on a Saturday) but the receptionist had a very smug look on her face. So, I just assumed that maybe she'd had a rough night, dismissed her attiude and with a big grin on my face, I said Good Morning, My name is________and I have an 8:30 appointment for whatever package it was I'd scheduled. The receptionist handed me a clip board and said please fill this out. Well I took the clip board filled out the paperwork and had all intention to mention my treatment to the manager after my services...Well I sat there in the front of the salon for 2 hours with my jacket in my lap watching other clients come in get their jackets hung up (or at least offered to be hung up) recieve their services and go while I waited patiently with NOT ONE single update as to when my services would begin. Why did I sit there for 2 hrs you ask? Well I was asked to arrive 30min before my appointment so I got there at 8 for an 8:30 appt, and being that it was a busy Saturday morning I gave them the benefit of the doubt and got lost in a book I'd been reading. Well at 9:55 I approached the receptionist and again giving the benefit of the doubt I offered to reschedule, to which she replied "Okay" in the most chipper tone I'd heard her speak all morning. Not "Oh someone wil be right with you, or, "so and so is running behind" Nothing! So when the receptionist asked when would I like to come back, I replied "Never". Left and went to
Mario Tricocci in Naperville, where I was served immediatly , WITHOUT an appointment and I enjoyed their atmosphere MUCH Better!
NEVER EVER GO HERE!!! The other locations may treat people better but I'll never find out!
