  • Our values make us different because we aim to raise the standard in counseling and address concerns of therapist burn-out and less than optimal care for clients. Our practices in Bend and Eugene offer a healing environment for both Psychotherapists and Clients. We offer continued education and support Counselors or Therapists to increase their knowledge and skills in the counseling field.

Our vision is to grow an inclusive place that exemplifies the elements of well-being to contribute positively to client's and practitioners' lives while advancing the field of psychotherapy and counseling practice.

All of our practitioners have Oregon State Licensures and work tirelessly to improve their capacity in serving clients. Moreover, we require additional training and specializations to enhance the delivery of quality care.

  • CBT joins two types of therapy into one. This unique combination creates a more inclusive approach towards helping people on their mental health journeys. What are the two types of treatments in CBT? They come right from its name: Cognitive and Behavioral therapy. First up, we have a cognitive, or mental, approach that addresses the client's negative thinking patterns. Secondly, we have a behavioral or action-related approach that takes on clients' specific habits that contribute to their problems. The therapist and the client work together to break bad habits and create new ones to live healthier lives. CBT may be helpful for anyone experiencing mental or physical health issues that they may be struggling with within the present. These problems could come from a source of Addiction, Anxiety, an Eating Disorder, or another cause. All of these experiences are perfectly normal, and CBT can work as a possible solution. No matter where the obstacle comes from, CBT identifies and breaks habits that a client may have formed over time.
