Don't be swayed into those big stores with sales people that have no clue where you even put a refrigerator let alone how many cubic feet it has! Bright lights and sales flyers don't make a great sale! Take my word on this... they don't offer prices that are any better when you add on the 'extras' like delivery and such. Find a great bargain? Get the full details and take them with you, Duggan's will match the price or come close. And if you have a problem with anything you buy, just call. They stand behind what they sell. Need someone to build in that refrigerator or install that garbage compactor? Just ask. They have highly recommended contractors that will service you. I can honestly say this is one of the only family owned, small business like appliance dealers left in Erie and I miss that feeling when you go to buy something. Buy there once and they remember you. You go back to the same salespeople over and over. They know what they sell. They stand behind what they sell. And they offer pricing that is highly competitive. more

There aren't a lot of locally owned appliance stores in our area anymore but Duggan's is one that stands out. They carry brand names like Maytag, Kitchenaid and Whirlpool. They deliver and take away the old appliances also which is a big plus. And they have their own service department so if anything goes wrong they will be available to fix it. more
