I've been to Vegas many times on business and relish this steak experience. This place hits it lock stock and barrell. Wine list is decent, staff is also very good with wine suggestions. Food selection, quality, service and atmosphere are right on. Cigar area is all it should be. We go every time we hit vegas. Don't miss it. Terrible experience! Made us wait in the bar for an hour and half past our reservation before being seated, food and service thereafter was marginal. There are way too many good restaurants in Las Vegas to put up with being treated like cattle! Won't go back to this unmemorable restaurant again. more

Awesome Steak! 1/13/2003

Del Frisco's offers's an upscale twist on the traditional steakhouse. The steaks are absolutely melt in your mouth tender and cooked to perfection. The "family style" side dishes are sure to please as well. The have a very knowledgeable somollier, as well. Try it, you won't be disappointed! more

Just like the Texas version. 11/25/2002

We often dine at their Dallas and Fort Worth restaurants. The steaks are the best in the country. Since I moved to Chicago, I really miss this place. The wine list is outstanding as well. The portions are large, so plan on eating a lot. You will not want to waste a bite either. Its expensive, but well worth it. Pros: Wine list, Excellent cuts, Very classy Cons: Expensive but good more

Not quite as good or as friendly as the one in Dallas. I do not recommend quality restaurant for screaming children. We go to a good restaurant for food and atmosphere. Pros: Quality food, Great service Cons: Could be more relaxed, Not as good as Dallas more

My Wife & I always bring friends & family to Del Fresco's because we know nothing will go wrong. We always have a wonderful time, from the time you walk through the doors till the second you leave the wonderful staff & managment are always working as a team to take care of their guests any way they can. As for the food, nothing beats it! The steaks, seafood & all the sides are fantastic & cooked to perfection! Now put the service, food & ambience together & you have Del Fresco's. Vegas' BEST restaurant! Pros: food, service, ambience more

Had dinner at Del Frisco's last week while visiting Vegas. Best steak, best sevice, best everything! Even the BATHROOM. . . it had anything you wanted or could need. Kudos Del Frisco's. You have raised the bar for my standards. more

My buddies and I went to Del Frisco's based on the reviews I read on citysearch.com and it was arguably the best dining experience I have ever had. The hostesses up front are like models except they're not stuck up or anything. I think 5 different ones came to our table to talk to us. Made us feel like a million bucks. Just ask the Cabbie 7/31/2002

My husband and I get into the cab and ask to be taken to Morton's. The cabbie asks if we've tried Del Frisco's , which we hadn't, and he guarantees it will be one of the best meals and evenings we will ever have. We get the cabbies cell# ( in case) and he drops us off. We enter at 7:00 and the place is virtually empty. My husband convinces me to stay. We are told it will be a busy night to which we chuckle and are seated. By 7:30, I don't think a single table was empty. And I understand why: IT WAS THE BEST MEAL I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. The staff treated us like best friends. I forgot I was in Vegas and thought I was in the South, everyone being so genuinely friendly. I am so glad we listened to the cabbie. Wonderful service and ambiance in a city full of neon and glitz. Friendly and attentive staff, effective without being stuffy or annoying. Elegant dining without snobby service. Food is refreshingly down to earth, unaffected and simple (no nouveax cuisine here). The BEST steaks in town, with side dishes that perfectly complement the meal. Plus, a wine selection that will really surprise the amature sommelier. A truly wonderful experience in a town of many choices. A MUST for anyone seeking a unique and enjoyable dining experience. Plus, they remember you and show true appreciation for your patronage! more

Words don't do Justice 7/5/2002

As a doctor, I attended a dinner hosted by a pharmaceutical company and over 80 other doctors attended. The staff took care of us as if we were the only table in the restaurant. Food came out quickly, the food was perfect (they asked each of us personally), the service was AMAZING. I have been in restauants that were slow and haven't received as mush attention as I did with 80 other people in the SAME ROOM! Kudos Del Frisco's! I can't wait to see what happens when there is only my husband and I at the table. Check out their lounge afterwards -- well worth it! Thank you Del Frisco's, now I don't have to worry about where to recommend my partners entertain clients. Pros: the BEST steak ever, service, friendliness Cons: wish I went sooner more

Best Kept Secret 7/3/2002

So I walk into this steakhouse thinking "Why should I eat here? I got Peter Luger's down the street from my house." This was the best steak I ever had! PLUS It was comfortable. Big tables far apart. Nice chairs. And Lisa in the lounge -- forgetaboutit! I'll come back just for her. This was like a restaurant from the city, only none of the crowds. I will be back! PERFECT, Perfect, perfect 7/1/2002

I had heard about this place from some locals I know who RAVE about it. Their enthusiasm didn't come close to describing how awesome it was!! Blew Prime away . . I mean Prime is pretty and all, but I felt so "at home" here which I definitely don't get anywhere else. Huge martinis. And my waiter (Orlof) seemed to really want to make our experience special. Downside: 1000 different wines to choose from. This was money well spent. Period. Gives some of Chi Towns best a run for the glory. Can't wait to visit Vegas again.
