She is so insensitive, very rude, and uncaring. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had to reschedule my apt because my twin sister had a baby. She gave me the hardest time and was even giving me attituted. I'm sorry that my twin sister had a baby and It's hard to plan a wedding and get thins rearranged when I'm here and the wedding is up in MI!!! UGH!!!! I HATE HER!!! more

Worst customer service ever! 8/26/2007

I was in a friend's wedding recently and had a dress disaster. There was nothing I could do but frantically search for another dress the day of the wedding -- Note: I live four hours away from the wedding location. Pros: lots of mirrors Cons: dirty dresses, shoes, awful customer service, expensive more
