She is so insensitive, very rude, and uncaring. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had to reschedule my apt because my twin sister had a baby. She gave me the hardest time and was even giving me attituted. I'm sorry that my twin sister had a baby and It's hard to plan a wedding and get thins rearranged when I'm here and the wedding is up in MI!!! UGH!!!! I HATE HER!!!
