Dr. Katzenberg is a Pediatric Neurologist that helped my daughter through a very rough and scary time. His diagnosis was quick and accurate, it was his manner that needed some help. He did not take the time to explain the diagnosis and what it meant for the future. I was given the name of the condition and told to look it up on the internet. When I did so, what I found terrified me. He did not prepare me at all. So, while he did his job technically well, his people skills definately could improve.
