I just picked up vehicle 2009 Honda Accord from DA LES the workmanship looks great. One of my major concerns was that the color they used would not be an exact match to the color of my car but it matches perfectly. \r \r Customer Service, was excellent from the receptionst (Lisa) she is very helpful. Then having the estimator (Mike) taking his time explaining to me the process of the repairs. Upon dropping off Hertz was there to pick me within minutes.\r The whole drop off took about 20 to 30 minutes, really fast and organized. The lobby waiting area has a flat screen tv i was watching. \r One thing I noticed is that they asked me how often I would like to be updated and by phone or email. I was updated on time and even was sent pictures of my vehicle in the process of getting fixed. I never had to wonder what was happening with my vehicloe I was always kept in the loop.\r My experience at DaLes was an AWESOME one and if i ever need to I will surely come back to DaLes Body Shop. more

We choose Da-Les Body & Frame Shop because they have a excellent reputation in the Sunnyvale Area. \r \r With all the shops going out of business this place has been in business like 30 years. They fixed my Toyota Prius 3/16/2011

Da-Les Body Shop fixed my 2010 Toyota Prius. I am one picky person so finding a body shop with an eye for detail and serious arout their workmanhip. I found Da-Les after being referred by my co-worker. Mike @ Da Les help me out alot with State Farm, setting up the inspection, setting up my rental.. \r My repairs took 3 days in the shop. When dropping off the vehicle I got another estimate on some additinal damage. Mike gave me a sweet deal on this repairs. So now my car should look immaculate.\r The did an exceptional job on the repairs of my Prius. But also, they did an cleaning detail of the inside and out of the car when competed. When I picked it up I didn't even recognize my own car. \r I appreciate the whole team there at Da Les Body shop.\r I wil recommend Da Les to all my friends and family. more

Frendly Service with a smile 3/12/2011

Da-Les is one of the best body shops around. I have used them one other time before. I would recommend going to them if you got into an accident they handle all your insurance needs and vehicle repairs. Very friendly service, prompt I got schedule in immediately. The parts arrivede the next day. These guys actually care about "ME" the customer and my want and needs. They understand a busy work schedule when i had to pick up my car. I must says to everyone Da-Les is one very good body shop. more

My body Shop 3/12/2011

After reading the reviews for Da Les I just had to try them out when I had my accident. \r As soon I called and spoke with the Receptionist Lisa I got in immediatley for an estimate. I have AAA and they where in their direct repairs network. \r Pros: \r >>>>Immediate appointment and drop off for my vehicle.\r >>>>Courteous receptionist and estimator\r >>>>AAA Direct repair NewtWork\r >>>>Convenient location close to my work \r >>>>Excellent communication regarding my repairs\r >>>>Fast repairs service\r >>>>Hertz was @ the shop to pick me up within minutes\r >>>>Workmanship was perfect \r >>>>Less stress on me they took car of everything\r \r Well i can't say much more on how easy the whole ordeal was. Da Les took the stress of the accident and fixed my car back to normal. = ) My recommendation is Da Les its my body shop from now on. more

Sunnyvale Toyota body Shop 3/11/2011

I can't say enough good thing about Da Les they did an awesome job on the repairs of my 2009 Toyota Sienna. Since its the family car i really needed to be secure that this van is SAFE for my family. I was referred by Sunnyvale Toyota so i was confident that Da Les is the place do our repairs.\r Mike Privitt my estimator did a fantastic job on keeping informed on all the additonal damage added to the first estimate that I was given. They have a exceptional professional staff there in the office and appreciate the personal touch of caring.\r They handled everything for me from the insurance company to the rental car that picked me up at the shop.\r When my car was complted they call me they even stayed open after closing just to wait for me. I must say you guys really go the extra mile for your customers.\r \r My car looks amazing clean and everything was back to pre conditional before accident. They even detailed my car inside ! With my kids they my van really needed a detail. Thanks D more

Very impressive customer serivce to excellent paint job 3/10/2011

I was very impressed by the professional customer service I was given when I took my vehicle in for repairs a few weeks ago. \r Mike took the time with my estimate putting that extra attention to detail. Upon dropping off I was daily update with in proess pictures. \r \r I dropped my car off on a Monday and picked it up on Friday!! That now that how you run a repair shop. I can so much more good things aboiut Da Les. \r \r My Car looked perfect ! The paint job was excellent, they even did a great detail to my vehicle. They cleaned from the inside to the outside. \r \r My first choice for body shop is Da Les ! more

100 % Satisfied Customer 3/4/2011

I can't believe i got into an accident. After checking out the review on sunnyvale body shops I made my choice of Da les body shop. I checked out alot of places in the sunnyvale area and even stopped by some places. So I went to Da Les on a Saturday thank god they where open. After getting a estimate Mike gave me a tour of the shop. He showed me some finished vehicles that had some excellent paint jobs. \r \r My car was in the shop for 4 days and Da Les put my in a rental car. Enterpise was there to pick me up with in minutes. Everything we very smooth and Mike gave me updates on my repairs. When I picked up they he went over the vehicle with me and yup that work was done to perfection. Getting into an accident is not the greatest thing to happen to you. But at Da Les they made the whole ordeal a bearable one. They really do deserve all the great reviews they get on the internet. \r So If you all need some dynomite repair service come to Da les like I did ! Da Les you did a great job on my vehicle. and will recommend my friends. I am very happy with my car. more
