They went extra mile for me, and even an extra extra mile.\r \r I got in accident, but my car looked like new after they took care of it.\r They are very fast, efficient, but at the same time - they have incredible attention to details, customers' satisfaction and keep communicating with customers all the time to update them on the process. You can be confident that you will get your car in a very efficient matter and on time.\r \r Apart from what insurance was covering I needed some extra work to be done.\r They were very transparent with what will be done, how much it costs to make sure that I know they do not make up prices and charging a very fare fee for all their services.\r \r Again, I can not recommend them enough. more

Lisa & Mike are awesome. The customer service is great, they deliver the car as promised, and the work is fantastically fast. They assess, order parts up front, do fast, high quality work, don't gouge for money, and really are an honest body shop which is quite refreshing. more

The first repair went flawlessly as it was a AAA member who hit me and Da-Les Body Shop is AAA certified. In, out, truck good as new. But the following WEEK, I got rear ended and back to the shop I go. This time, I had to handle the cost as the next person's insurance company gave me a check and I had to do the leg work. But luckily, since I had past experience with Da-Les Body Shop, I knew the routine and BAM, just as easy as the first. Mike even went out of his way on the second to help me out with a ride to the rental car shop and stayed later one day cuz I couldn't get to his shop til after work. THANKS DA LES!!! You have a customer for life. No wonder you guys have been around for so many years!!!\r \r more

As a first time customer looking for a Body Shop, it can get a little difficult finding a good body shop that knows what they are doing and also one that you can trust. My friend recommened me to Da-Les and talk to Manny but prior to deciding where to bring my car to be repaired, I went to 2 other shops for estimates. By far, Da-Les was more organized and you get treated with more respect. I don't remember when was the last time I met someone like Manny, a true professional who treats his customers like his friend. Trust me, I know when someone is just putting on their salesman's mask to gain a business. Not only is Manny curteous before and during the repair, he also acted in the same manner after the service was done when I had to bring my car in for a minor detailing. Unlike many other shop owners who would put the blame on you, Manny just went ahead and ensured that he had a happy and satisfied customer. FANTASTIC service, from phone call to leaving the shop!\r \r Somebody hit and somehow scraped the trim underneath the back door of my Civic. It was a deep dent and not just a scratch. They got my car fixed and done in 2 days. (The other place I went to get an estimate told me it would take a week and a half to fix.)\r \r Everyone was so friendly. Manny (estimator) was also my pointperson. And yes, he was uber-friendly and so was everyone else I talked to. They also have a shuttle service after I dropped the car off. Also a lifetime warranty for the work that they did. \r I got lucked out that my insurance (Farmers) gave me the name of this place. \r \r I highly recommend Da-Les Auto Body Shop.\r \r more

Not only did they provide a free estimate (damage to the bumper and lift gate), \r \r They worked with the other party's insurance adjuster to agree on costs. My estimator Manny called me to let me know when he would start work on my car and also let me know he thought it would take a week to get the repairs done. Lo and behold, a week later my car was fixed and ready to go. \r \r As soon as I saw my car, I knew I had made a great decision in choosing Da-Les Body Shop. The bumper was brand new and the lift gate looked spectacular; I can't remember when the car looked so nice! It was clean and spotless too and at no extra charge. What's even better is that there's a lifetime guarantee for his work and he even painted over some scratches on the front bumper too --- at no cost! The work they performed on my truck after it was broadsided was top quality! When I got it back it looked better than before, and there hasn't been a squeak or a rattle after three months now. I recommend these to my family and friends, great service, top quality craftmanship, and done for the price quoted. It doesn't get any better than that! more

Ok, so everyone knows that I double-heart Da-Les Auto Body Center! Just wanted to share that someone ran into my car and took the entire front bumper off a couple months ago. I called De-Les AFTER 5 and Mike Privitt (Manager) personally stayed at his shop until I got there well after 6! Mike and his team fixed it OVERNIGHT at an incredible price and I was back on the road the next day! THEN, like a few weeks later, *I* ran into somebody's PARKED car! (WHUT?!) I know!! Nothing like this has ever happened to me! So, I left a note and had the guy whose car I hit take it into Da-Les. I trust Mike and Da-Les so much that I just told him to send me a quote, gave him my credit card info over the phone (!), and had him do the repairs. That's how much I now trust Da-Les Auto Body Center. And, guess what? He did an AWESOME job as usual. The person whose car I hit was grateful given the situation and extremely happy with the work Mike and his team did. Sunnyvale needs more honest, fair priced and professional businesses like Da-Les Auto Body Center! I couldn't possibly recommend this business more unreservedly! They arranged a rental car for me at a very good discount rate. \r Their estimates were by far the cheapest of the four shops I went too. They even touched up and fixed the door dings and some of the dents on my car. And in the end, waxed and polished my whole car. It looks brand spanking new. De-Les Body Shop is one of the most nicest body shop I have experienced. I stop by for an estimate @ 5:30 ....yup closing time. It looked like they where almost out the door. The receptionst was nice enough to say no problem and said yes they would give me an estimate The estimator took time asking me how the accident happen. I must say now that is customer service. more

I must say now that is customer service. \r \r I dropped off my vehicle for the repairs first thing Monday morning. They even gave me a schuttle ride to work. \r Later that day I was given a update on my vehicle, stating there was unseen additional damage. Well my insurnace company was paying for it But it was nice that they informed me of the more damage. \r \r My vehicle repairs looks perfect I couldn't be happier. The customer service is excellent. I will seriously recommend Da-Les Body Shop to my friend and coworker. more
