Rip Off Artists! 8/13/2011

Continental ""Mis-Management"" as I preferred call it. They are in cahoots with your crappy Board, people. If your ""Board"" is bad, they are right there behind 'em..bolstering up all of their bad, money wasting decisions, and/or otherwise threatening you with legal action. The property values have dropped to LESS THAN HALF of what they were bought for in only a few short years! They walk around with clipboards ""inspecting"" the carnage of years of NEGLECT upon the buildings and grounds of the condominium. It honestly looks like a slum in there. Units cannot even be rented out to cover the cost of maintinance fees. STAY AWAY! more

I hate Continental Management, 5/30/2011

To all the clients of Continental Management, if you are dissatisfy with their service as I am, lets get together in one voice and do something about it. We do not have to put up with this BS. They are working for us, not the other way around. I am trying to get some pics of my property to post, It's awful. I have to agree with most of the reviews that were posted, They do nothing to take care of our property, and they ask for a lot. Does anyone has their website address? If not there is one, go straight to the person who owns the company.. If that fails, then get channel 8 news involved and expose them. Nothing like a little media attention.. more

Continental Management Review 8/6/2010

This is the most awful management company i have ever dealt with. They do nothing to take care of my home or any other of the homes in my community. Everyone that I have talked to has complained and still nothing happens. Who ever recommends or write a positive review must be working for them or are getting monetary kick-back. more

Continental Management Sucks! 4/30/2010

The fees Continental Management charges are ridiculous for the quality of service you get from them! They do not care about the people of the properties they manage, they just want the money! If you confront them with a problem, they will give you some long story about why they can not do anything about it or that they are looking in to the problem. They have no ability or experience in managing properties. The only thing they are good at is taking my checks to the bank every month! Pros: NOTHING! Cons: EVERYTHING! more

Horrible Management Comapny 2/19/2010

This management company has ridiculous fees and no service. Whenever I have had a problem with them, they have been rude, given me an attitude then done nothing to correct the problem. My fees are through the roof and I get almost no service for them. The outside of my place is filthy and the company hasnt cleaned or done anything to clean it since i moved in. The common area in the building is horrible looking, and the repairs on that have been in progress for like 6 months now with very little results. Dont move into any building managed by Continental Management. more

Property Management Professionals 12/28/2009

I have found the people at CM to be very responsive and available at all times. Even after hours they respond to pages very quickly and professionally. After a recent storm I had a couple of shingles blow loose and they had professional roofers out there the next morning to repair/replace the damaged ones. After returning from vacation we noticed some water damage from ice-damming, called the company, and in a matter of a few hours the roofing fellow examined the interior and exterior for the sources of infiltration, and had a crew out as soon as the weather broke to tear off the bad areas, repair and replace the roofing. It is comforting to me as a condo owner to know that these professionals are looking after our needs. As for being located IN Cleveland, that has to be expensive office space and higher taxes for the Company that get passed along to everyone under their management umbrella. Pros: Property Management Company Cons: located in Cleveland more

worst management company I have ever had to deal with 3/8/2008

For four years now I have lived in a condo ""managed"" by Continental Management. Every issue I have ever had I have been blown off to a voice mail. They take days to get back to you, if they even do, and when they do contact you they never have an answer besides send a certified letter. Every certified letter I have sent nothing has been done about it. I have been complaining about cats living in the garage next to mine, breaking my garage door opener every week, for about 6 months now. My garage smells so bad from them that I cant even use it. And if anyone lives in the Cleveland area you know the snow that has dropped in the last 48 hours. I had to push my door open to get out of my own house walking through snow drifts up to my waist. I understand alot of snow dropped in a short period of time but there hasn't been a plow done sence it started. When I contacted them about getting a plow done I was told "" we can not call the plow company out because the lady who takes care of that is out of the office."" Now if I ran a company that delt with properties, I would make sure someone else knows the number to the snowplowing company on a day that 13 inches is supposed to drop. Furthermore when I asked who the company is that takes care of our property noone could tell me that. They are a company that is good at taking your money, paying themselfs for answering the phone when you call, and raising your yearly fees. If I was a company looking for a property management company, I would look else where. A management company is supposed to manage the property not just collect the monthly maintenace fees. By the way maintenance fees are supposed to pay for maintenance right? So why is it anytime a maintenance project is needed there is extra fees for this. Are you not supposed to budget those things at the begining of the year not when they come up. Pros: great at collecting money Cons: knowledge of issues on properties, maintaining properties more
