My credit was good before I statred! 11/9/2003

I had perfect credit before I started wth them! Now it is bad. I have been paying $20+ a month to an acount. this account keeps calling me and tellingme that they are not getting payments. It has been 4 months, and this account has not recieved one payment from CCCS. Come to find out, one of the CS reps was sending th money to a whole different company every month! I had been charged $168 dollars in late fees over the past 4 months! They never return my calls!! Cons: Poor customer Service, No accountability, not sensitive more

They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and the whole crew sucks. I have even talked to the VP and CEO and after that it's pretty obvious where all the nasty energy comes from. Cons: rude, mean, ugly more

They promised so much but they can deliver nothing. I had good credit but money problems before they intervened in my credit affairs. Now I have horrible rotten terrible credit and worse money problems than ever. They are not what they claim to be. Cons: Not good, Wrecked Credit, Money Problems more

I guess they tried, that's not my complaint. My complaint is that they knew before I started that I was bankrupt and couldn't do anything about it, and instead of just laying that out for me, they dragged me into another year and a half of programs, budgets, bills, and financial troubles. All so they could get their slice of my rotting financial pie. Whatever. They should be more honest with people.
