Condon's Bridal Boutique

MINUS 5 rating I absolutely would NOT recommend this store to anyone! I am less than 30 days before the wedding and all the bridesmaid dresses have not come in yet! It was only about a month ago that we were informed that the little flower girl's dress was discontinued and another had to be chosen. Most of these 10 dresses were paid for or large deposits were paid on them back on Jan/Feb. I don't know for sure when the original order was placed or why it wasnt until Aug that we started getting updates. It was excuse after excuse after excuse on the part of the store as to why the order was delayed/why it hadn't come in yet etc etc... It has absolutely been a TERRIBLE experience! I will certainly NOT use this store for the next daughter I have who is getting married in Spring 2015! more

I went here to get an Alfred Angelo dress. The service upon arrival was poor, but they had the selection I was looking for. I purchased my dress and waited for it to arrive as specified. I called a month ahead of scheduled arrival to confirm that the dress would be there and was told that it would. I am from out of state, so I booked a flight. The day the dress was to arrive I called to make an appointment and was told that the dress would be 3 weeks late. No soloution was offered from the boutique and she referred me to Alfred Angelo customer service. Nothing could be done. I wasted a plane ticket for nothing and could not have my fitting done in a timely manner. The lady from the boutique still did not ever call me to communicate anything. I called last week to ask that the dress be mailed to my house and she agreed. I still heard nothing from her. Again, I called today and she said she was "busy" and would "call me right back". I called her back 2 hours later and she said that she mailed the dress. I asked for a confirmaiton number and was told that the post office did not provide her with one. She said that she would call me later today with a tracking number. It is 5:40pm.....no call. I have no idea where my dress is or if it has even been mailed. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I highly suggest you find another place to dress shop. A dress is so important, and my experience with this shop has been terrible! more

I then suggest to you to go to Condon's Bridal Boutique! My family have been going to Condon's since the early 1930's and before then. I even bought my wedding gown from there. It's sooooooooooo beautiful and plus they have great customer service. My family has always been very close to the Condon's family, my grandmother actually worked with Mr.Condon (rest his soul) in the clothing department store way back in the day. No, not the condon brother's but the Patricarch of the Condon family that is no longer with us. Back to the Bridal Boutique. I also bought my red prom dress from there which was very vintage, it has a fish-tailed train in the back, and it was somewhat a-line to my voluptious(sp) full figure. I recieved a ton of compliments when I first wore this dress to prom when I was 18. It was definitely the highlight of my high school years. The people at the shop were then suprised to see me back 3 yrs later, only to find out I was getting married this time around. lol. I was glad to have them help me pick out my dress for the 1st, and only wedding of my entire life. I will let you know that they do have a pricey side, but they're normally pretty good deals. They have a variety from the sexy little black cocktail dress, prom dress, brides maids dresses, flower girl's dresses, in-laws or your own mom's or grandmom's dresses. You name it, and they most likely have it! They're very family oriented, if you couldn't tell from all the stuff I said earlier on in my posting. They range from less expensive to very expensive....lol. So, good luck looking for that special dress or dresses. ~Kimmie more
