I went here to get an Alfred Angelo dress. The service upon arrival was poor, but they had the selection I was looking for. I purchased my dress and waited for it to arrive as specified. I called a month ahead of scheduled arrival to confirm that the dress would be there and was told that it would. I am from out of state, so I booked a flight. The day the dress was to arrive I called to make an appointment and was told that the dress would be 3 weeks late. No soloution was offered from the boutique and she referred me to Alfred Angelo customer service. Nothing could be done. I wasted a plane ticket for nothing and could not have my fitting done in a timely manner. The lady from the boutique still did not ever call me to communicate anything. I called last week to ask that the dress be mailed to my house and she agreed. I still heard nothing from her. Again, I called today and she said she was "busy" and would "call me right back". I called her back 2 hours later and she said that she mailed the dress. I asked for a confirmaiton number and was told that the post office did not provide her with one. She said that she would call me later today with a tracking number. It is 5:40pm.....no call. I have no idea where my dress is or if it has even been mailed. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I highly suggest you find another place to dress shop. A dress is so important, and my experience with this shop has been terrible! more
