Cobblestone Apts are very overrated. They are small, overpriced and very outdated. .It will take several calls to get maintanence to come out, and generally the problem doesn't get fixed the first time. Have had to make repeated calls for the same problem and moved out with that problem never being fixed. They are not timely in fixing matters or concerned with there tenants. If you speak with the manager about concerns it falls on deaf ears, she doesn't return calls. They will be very quick to point out your lease agreement to you, my question is Cobblestone what about the tentants and your responsiblity to them in receiving timely response to problems and those problems being fixed? Cobblestone Apartments are very small, old and over priced. Everytime you sign a new lease, they raise the rent on you. Many things break and it takes maintenance a while to fix it. Most of the time it takes them a few times before they actually fix the problem. I felt unsafe with the people living there. The noise level was ridiculous and the tenants were very unclean. The staff wasn't very friendly. They promised things and never followed through with them. The parking lot floods, even with the smallest amount of rain. The traffic on Essen Lane is outrageous and it takes an hour to get out of the apartment complex to the first traffic light. I would not recommend Cobblestone Aoartments for living.
