Cloud Nine Limo ""Service"" proved undependable, unprofessional, and quasi-dishonest. If you are looking for a dependable service for your wedding or special event, I would not recommend Cloud Nine. We contracted with the company to provide transportation for our large vacation group. The large group required two large vehicles. The day before returning from vacation, from OUT OF STATE, we were advised that our return ride could not be accomodated in the vehicles we left in. We were promised a similar or much larger vehicle. The manager also advised that SFO regulations would not accomodate the original vehicle. When I pointed out that the airport certainly accomodated the larger vehicle 6 days before and that I did not understand why they would not now, the manager realized he was caught in a lie and changed his story. Needless to say, we were stuck out-of-state and there really wasn't much we could do to make return arrangements for our large group. Additionally, it was the last day of vacation. Who wants to hassle with calling another company? When picked up from the airport in two MUCH smaller vehicles, we were surprised as we were promised this was an ""upgrade."" One of us ended up sitting on the floor. Additionally, the drivers are not dressed professionally and are not very helpful with luggage or information.
