I had A&A organic over to clean my carpet. As the moved some of my furniture i askked if they would take a couch outside. I planned on having it picked up for trash or goodwil...

Fantastic Results 4/20/2012

They were fantastic. We have a baby and a dog and our carpets originally were atrocious and frankly nasty. After Terry came out from Carpet DryClean the were unbelievably clean. I am the poster-child of ""difficult customer"" and I was absolutely amazed. He was able to get out the worse stains I have ever seen in a carpet. It was great. Afterward they were all clean and looked better-than-new. I actually called Carpet DryClean to give Terry a positive review and they asked me to go to this webpage afterward if I had something nice to say. I genuinely do, and I totally recommend Carpet Dryclean to anyone. Wonderful and amazing. more

Elmer and Ramon were actually able to come earlier - great for my schedule and nice that they called. As in the past 10+ years that I have been using Carpet Dryclean, the carpet was spectacular. Miracle workers 9/30/2009

We called Polo and Vance to come look at our carpet, but we didn't think it could be cleaned. We thought it would have to be replaced. They came out the same day and had it looking like new before they left! They are very professional and knowledgable guys. Thanks for the help! Pros: Instant results more

Professional, courteous and diligent 6/24/2009

The carpet cleaners were punctual, friendly, and professional. They did an amazing job on this old berber carpet, even getting out a dark brown candle wax stain. I highly recommend their services for anyone. The house smelled fresh and clean, not overly chemical, and we could walk on the carpet immediately. Pros: Environmentally friendly, immediate use of carpet Cons: Slightly more expensive, but worth every penny more

i normally pay about $170 to have the carpeted areas of my 1600 sq ft home done. this cost me about $230. the technicians that came to my home were very professional and courteous and did a thorough job. they couldn't clean a stained chair i had, but i appreciated that they were honest about it up front rather than just taking my business. they offer you $10 off if you leave a review on citysearch (good or bad). i liked that their product wouldn't harm my children or irritate sensitive skin and we could walk on the carpet immediately. Great carpet cleaning 2/11/2008

I was amazed at how clean my carpet was after treament. I have 2 puppies and they lifted the stains immediately as well as some spots we had when renovations were done in our house a year ago. To top it off I was really impressed with how knowledgable Carlo was about carpet and the product they used. I would highly recommend them. No drying time either!!!! more

I've used Carpet Dryclean at least 3 times, and I've always been extremely pleased with the results. Most recently, Miguel and Isreal cleaned my unit, and the results were wonderful. It was a pleasure working with both of them--they're very personable and professional. I also really appreciated the follow-up phone call. I will certainly continue to use their service. more

A & A Organic Carpet DryClean provided service for one of our pediatric clinics on Friday, December 29th. I had the pleasure of meeting with Miguel Polo ( a representative of A & A Organic), and right away I was very impressed with his friendly, professional demeanor. It was apparent that he has a lot of confidence in the product and company that he represents. He explained thoroughly how the product works, and each step in the process. prompt and quality carpet cleaning 9/15/2006

The CSR on the phone thoroughly explained why this company was unique- their chemicals and technique are propreitary and completely dry. The service people (2) were honest about the fact that not all stains are soluble with their cleaner (these stains also couldn't be removed by other chemicals that I tried). Overall, I was very satisfied. My only complaint is that the serviceman quoted me the wrong price twice. In the end I paid the correct amount, but I had to do the math myself. beautiful job 3/2/2006

With lots of pets and kids, my off white carpets were stained and dingy. These gentlemen did a beautiful job -- far better than I expected! In the past I have always used a steam cleaning company, but never again. The rooms were left spotless, smelling better than they had in years, and best of all, DRY. They were attentive to every detail and I plan on using them again. more

they saved my couch 11/7/2005

I had A&A organic over to clean my carpet. As the moved some of my furniture i askked if they would take a couch outside. I planned on having it picked up for trash or goodwill. Since they were already there they offered to clean a section and let me decided if i wanted the rest cleaned. I ended up keeping the couch after they cleaned it. I'm not saying it look like new, but it definitely no longer looked like trash. more

A++ experience 6/17/2005

Victor and his crew at Carpet DryClean performed a miracle on my carpet. I had used the grocery rental machine before and a professional steam cleaning company and neither of those made my carpet clean, the original stains reappeared within a couple of days. The process that Carpet DryClean uses actually removes the dirt and stains from deep down in the carpet. They got out stains that were years old! And the carpet still looks great and it has been over a month since they were here. The 4 guys who did the cleaning were very professional and hard working. They moved lots of furniture and didn't leave a room until it was spotless. Look on their website for a coupon. I'll be using them again. more
