maintenance is unbelievably terrible had mold in apartments from leaks that they would not take care of. mold in the dishwasher as well as inside the bathroom, and under the carpet floor. i feel sorry for anyone that lives here. Pros: no pros Cons: swimming pool water always green, no parking more
