Trust the word ""discount."" It means bad service.
The representative Cary Discount Appliance Repair sent to my home appeared more interested in constantly texting his girlfriend (that's what he told me he was doing) than attending to my broken dishwasher. He made an appointment to return to perform the actual work, and never even showed, let alone call to tell me he was going to be late. My subsequent call to the company's office was pretty much dismissed.
I've since contacted someone else to do the work.
Cary Discount Appliance Repair is unprofessional, unreliable, and discourteous. Save yourself a headache and try another company.
