Combine a cute bear or stuffed dog in clothes with the idea that you made something for them and picked it out and personalized and you are sure to get some mad points from whoever youre trying to get some points with. more

I love this place 4/4/2006

I love making gifts for people at Build-a-Bear. They have such a big selection of stuffed animals and clothing that you can really personalize an animal for that someone special. I made my boyfriend this adorable stuffed frog for Valentine's Day. Build a Bear is great for kids and adults alike because everyone loves getting a snuggly gift!. more

I took my niece here and had a blast 4/2/2006

I was babysitting my niece and I thought I'd take her to Build-A-Bear for some fun. I am, afterall, her favorite Uncle. She had the hardest time picking out which animal she wanted to "build" and finally chose the bunny. It was great seeing her having it stuffed and making a wish on the little red heart and inserting it into the bunny. She dressed it up like a cheerleader. It definitely wasn't cheap, but I had a great time taking her. She loved her bunny she made, so that made it all worth it. more

Cute bears. 9/9/2005

They have so many bears, clothes, and accesories to choose from. It's a great place for kids to go to express themselves. Their prices are a little high, but that is to be expected. They have friendly staff, and they are always great with the children which is a very good thing because children are the main focus at this store. How many adults do you expect to see making their own bear. It'd be great for a birthday party, or just a group of friends (children) to go. If you have the money, your children would enjoy it. I recommend trying it! more

Need a unique gift for a child 8/11/2005

Build a bear has just the gift....build your own bear! Does your child love motorcycles? There's a Harley Bear....does she take ballet? There's a ballet bear...just about any kind of "theme" you could imagine....what a unique gift idea! These bears are a little "pricey", but what did you expect for a custom made bear? Well worth it for that little one in your life...or the big one (who collects bears!) more
