I bought 4 rooms and steps from Buddy's several years ago and in one of the rooms the carpet started to buckle. I was NOT told at the time of purchase that there was a time limit...

We purchased carpet 7/8/2011

We purchased carpet. The instillation crew did a fantastic job at our condo. They were extremely professional and courteous. A top notch job. And we'll definitely will definitely be returning to them for future needs more

Local advantages 6/20/2011

I bought a couple thousand feet of wide plank Hickory Hardwood Buddy's has in stock. I ran into problems installing it myself. The sales gal came out and gave me a $40 hygrometer to measure humidity and educated me on the proper strength of the nail gun. The sales gal came out after her work on a Saturday night and helped me for an hour. I got a fair price but the service is why I'm writing this. Buying local has its advantages. more

We purchased carpet at Buddy's Carpet. We just wanted to be sure to tell you what a fantastic job their installation crew did at our condo. They were extremely professional and courteous and did a top notch job. We will be recommending Buddy's to friends and family and will definitely be returning to them for our future needs. more

We wanted to thank the great service we received when we bought carpet at buddy's flooring. They had great service and also the team that installed our carpet was great. They were prompt and polite, very careful. They cleaned up after they were finished. We love our new carpet and we will recommend Buddy's Flooring to everyone. more

one of the best experiences I've had 5/17/2011

I just recently had my entire upstairs carpet insalled and not only was the salesperson extremely informative and helpful, I also feel that the people and the men who came to install the carpet did a wonderful job, they were very professional. From start to finish it was a 13 hour job, and I would have to say it was one of the best experiences I've had as far as home improvement projects and I would highly recommend Buddys Carpet to any family member or friend who would think about doing carpeting or hardwood flooring. more

Everyone at Buddy's is so friendly and helpful. Even on a budget they had plenty to offer us. Buddy's was quick and efficient with ordering and installation of our carpet and pad. My husband and I like they did not have all the hidden charges others tried to pass of on us. I would recommend Buddy's to anyone looking for carpet. more

I use Buddy's services for my rental properties. I choose Buddy's because my account rep measures all my jobs and oversees the installation from start to finish. I work a full time job and have a young family so I can't do everything on my own. Buddy's never misses their deadlines. more

outstanding experience with Buddy's 5/3/2011

I had an outstanding experience with Buddy's carpet recently. The knowledgable sales folks helped me to decide on the best carpet selection for my needs and price range. Our kids now have a great place to play in the basement with the most durable carpet under their feet- so they are not under mine! more
