Good: Great prices, the best selection of, carpet, area rugs, and flooring. There sales rep Dave gave me and my husband the best personalized service I've ever had in a shopping experience. We needed custom work, and paid what I would call very conservitive prices. The financing was the best we could find in the city. When Harry's Corner came to measure and estimated, they figured the carpet and laminate properly with much less square footage than the other bid we had. Which gave them the best bid in town.. Bad: I wish they had email there.. Improvements: More locations.. Other: Harry's Corner has been around forever. My dad always said just go to Harry,s. The sales rep dave said they are still owned by the same family.(I didnt ask but he might be a part of) I highly recommend them. We bought Carpet, Laminate and 2 area rugs there and saved over $1000.00.

McSwain Carpeting had come highly by many friends and family members. They did have a huge selection of the carpet and laminate that we were looking for and they had excellent installers take care of putting the carpet and laminate into our home. What they lacked was well-trained sales staff. Our salesperson never asked us about types of molding, so he picked a color for us, he never ordered our corner toe molding which then required an additional installation visit. I had to call twice to get booklets and cleaning information for both our laminate and our carpet. Their customer service and sales staff seem to have a problem working with the customers once the money has been paid.
Although we had these issues, I cannot say enough about the quality of the product and the workmanship of the installer. If you go here, just be prepared to work through the manager a great deal.

We had out basement re-carpeted about a year ago and Dalton Carpets did a great job. They finished quickly, but professionally. The quality of the "sale" carpet was poor, but with several paid upgrades, we were satisfied with our purchase. It wasn't too over priced.They even left us the large remnants for free. A couple months ago, we looked at getting linoleum through them, but their prices were higher than other places, so while they may have good deals on carpet, be careful when shopping for anything else.
