Brothers Air, Heat and Plumbing

They reset / resealed a toilet, relocated & installed an expansion tank, installed a PRV and installed a main water cut off valve. The work seems as though it was performed professionally / well, but the pricing seemed extremely high. I will probably consider using a different plumber if I need future work. more

Tauheed, was on time and very business oriented when he arrived. I didn't have to ask him to cover his feet, when I opened the door he was ready to do what he had to. I asked questions he answered to the best of his knowledge. I asked him how long he was doing this type of work and he said he graduated the top of his class. That reassured me that he knew what he was doing. I showed him where my unit was and he took his time doing the testing and viewing my entire unit. I would say Tauheed Guy did an excellent job. One thing that I did not like was, we just bought this unit late Aug 2013. I explained to Tauheed that everytime our unit comes on the lights in our house seems to dim and he reccomended install a hard start phase shifter. I'm wondering how come our salesperson with Brothers did not forsee this. Anyways, I will be getting one as soon as I get some more mone. Tauheed, keep up the hard work!!! more

Dennis C was just out at the house to do the annual checkup on the AC. I appreciated the thoroughness in his report and explaining to me a few things that could use fixing. Attic steps were broken during Brothers regular maintenance inspection. Mitch from Brothers came out removed the broken step parts and milled them in his shop. Returned with the repaired steps and re-attached to the pull down opening. He made several cuts and adjustments to insure the steps worked properly. In my opinion he went beyond the my expectations to make sure the steps were correctly repaired. more

Service rep explained everything that was done an also about the age of the furnace an what might need to be replace or repaired as it gets older. Also talked about the cost of each item. My mom is in her mid 80's and I recently have taken over her personal business affairs, since she no longer can handle things as she use too. There was a problem with her air conditioner not cooling. This seemed to be a pattern with this unit each year around late spring, or early summer. I called your company and you sent out Daryn Hooper to check the air conditioner (gas pack). I was impressed with his demeanor and his knowledge. He was very careful in his testing and seemed very interested in solving the problem with this unit. I was pleased with his diagnoses of the problem and his work to correct the issue. I was a little aggravated when I called Brothers, but after Daryn showed such concern and determination it changed my atttitude. He represents your company well. I owned and operate my own electrical contracting company and appreciate good quality workers when I see them, Daryn is one of the best I have seen in a long time. I know from having my own company that finding a tech of this quality is sometimes hard to do. Again I say, he represents your company very well, and you can be sure I will recommend your company to any of my customers who may need a good heating and air company for their needs. My AC went out and i called Brothers at 8am. By 9am, they had a very nice service tech at my home. He was very knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem quickly. He gave me a firm quote and i accepted. He was able to source parts, go to the warehouse and get them and install them, all in the same day! It was a fairly major repair, but he (Steven) worked diligently to get the job done. The price i paid what exactly what was quoted and the service was five-stars. more

This replacement of heating and air conditioning equipment was consulted and sold by J. D. Conrad. It was a distinct pleasure working with this consumate salesman. he is friendly, personable and totally professional in dealing with customers.
