Heating Fan repair 2/24/2015

White Marc H was good, the service was slow. They did not arrive till 5pm. I chose them because of their service call special of $49. Any replacement parts, they would wave the service call charge. I can see why. The fan capacitor when bad. When the tech came back from his truck. i had to pay $256 for a $39 part. Well since it was after 5pm, and going to be cold again, I had to do something. Marc H. was nice and knowledgeable. I will admit i have a AC/Heat unit over 10 years old and agreed for a Sales Rep to come out the next morning (Saturday) and he was 1 hour late. I will not pick them again. more

Review 10/25/2014

Neal came to my home for a routine cleaning only to learn that my system needed a good cleaning and a new starter for my heating unit. I was not at home during the service call but Neal did call me and said, "I can get it cleaned today and install a new starter for a grand total of $667.00." I authorized Neal to proceed with the work. When I got home that night the invoice left for me stated that my credit card was charged $739.00....$72.00 more than what Neal quoted me. Although I rate his service as being very good, I was charged $72.00 more than I was quoted and lead to believe. Also, when I went out to inspect the unit I did find 2 sheet metal screws laying in the work area. This concerned me at first but after inspecting the unit it appeared that everything was in tact. Overall, great service...I would simply suggest that they include taxes and other fees when providing a customer a quote. Otherwise, it comes across as being mislead. more

Brother's Air 10/14/2014

Juan Gallardo was the service tech. This is the first time I have used Brothers Air. I was extremely pleased with Juan's service, his friendly attitude and ability to explain each step in terms that a layman, like me, could easily understand. Best service I have had from any A/C business in the area. more

Happy customer :) 8/16/2014

I have been using Brothers Air & Heat for about 8 or 9 years, I have never once been disappointed with the service or the technicians that have come to my home. Elliot came to my home today and he was very personable and friendly. I would recommend Brothers to family and friends as I have never once been disappointed with the service I and my family have received from them through the years. Problem visit 7/31/2014

Very nice fella and I believe very knowledgable about the situation but there was a huge language barrier...I had a very hard time understanding him. I was a lil taken back when he told me my 5 year unit which might I add I'm still paying on was already half the term of the unit. I'm expecting to get at least 20 years out of it...not 10!!!! more

Review of Neal at Brothers 4/15/2014

Neal is professional, confident, and quite knowledgeable. His demeanor made me feel comfortable with him in my home. In addition, I felt that I could trust him in my home and did not feel compelled to monitor his movement. I will recommend him to my friends. I pay a nominal price (about nineteen dollars monthly--my dollar sign key is broken) to have my air and heat checked twice a year. Additional perks are also given. The service is well worthy the price I pay. more
