I appreciate the thouroughness of service and the quality of work!! Lorenzo was awesome as usual and the young man who worked on my car took his time on my brakes, which makes me happy and feel safer! Even though I didn't need it this time, I appreciate knowing that if a repair is going to take a long time there is a drop-off/pick-up service; it takes one worry off of my mine! :) more

Lorenzo is great! Was able to get my vehicle in urgently and get the work I needed completed in a few hours. Text pictures to explain issues and provided quotes. Definitely goes above and beyond. We take our company and personal vehicles here and will continue to do so! more

I almost always feel like mechanics try to rip you off. Not at this place! They explain exactly what they are doing and why they are doing it. There are no hidden charges. They are great!! more

Nice to find old school in current times! 2/4/2015

Had used then way back and now that we have relocated near by, looked them up again. It is difficult taking a vehicle somewhere to get work done that you are capable of doing yourself. When your time is better spent improving your work environment, wouldn't it be nice to take your auto repairs to someone who works on cars to improve their work environment? On the rate occasion that I questioned a suggestion they recommended, they gave me respect and either agreed with me or made me completely understand where they were coming from. Auto repair has to be a mutual understanding, no matter what it takes! more
