Big O Tires

Once again blown away by the helpful friendly service. I was running late to work and had a flat tire. Drove by Les Swabb and Discount and both were closed then I saw the Big O. They were open and welcomed me and got right on my car. I was in and out in 20 min. And best of all they did not charge me. The fact they were open before 8:00 and the friendly service I encountered I will be taking my new car there for sure when I need tires for sure. Thanks Sean! You won my family business for life. more

WELL UNLIKE OTHER TIRE PLACES I HAVE BEEN TO MY HUSBAND, SON AND I ALL WENT TO BIG O FOR A CHECK ON MY TIRES FOR OUR TRUCK AND THIS WAS THE DAY BEFORE THERE BUY 2 GET 2 FREE DEAL THAT WAS GOING TO START AND I WAS SO FRUSTRATED THAT WE ONLY HAD THE TRUCK FOR ONLY 7 MONTHS AND WE ALREADY HAD TO PUT ON NEW TIRES CAUSE THE ONES WE HAD WERE A P.O.S FROM KEN GARFF BUT DAN WAS ABLE TO TALK TO US AND CALM ME DOWN AND HE WAS SO GENEROUS TO GIVE US THE DEAL A DAY EARLY AND WAS ABLE TO SAVE ME $356.30 FOR MY TIRES JUST CAUSE HE UNDERSTANDS HOW LIFE COMES AT YOU FAST SOME TIMES AND TO LET EVERYBODY KNOW I WILL BE DARN SURE TO GO IN THERE AGAIN SOON AND BEFORE I LEFT HE MADE SURE MY SON WAS HAPPY AND GAVE HIM A BALLON CAUSE THOSE ARE HIS FAVORITES SO HOPE TO HEAR THE SAME HAPPENED TO YOU. more

This place is great they always have taken care of me and my family and never replaced anything that didnt need to be replaced i would recomend it for anyone who lives in the valley well worth the drive Thanks guys more

Big O Tires fails once again. I swore never to come back here, but after new management I decided to give it a try, and Its obvious that nothing has changed. I was price matched for tires, but with their hidden fee's they got all the money they could from me, and then some. I needed a new bearing for my front end, the noise was in the front, So they replaced my rear, and charged me $500. The part they replaced,, I never even saw, Big O is a joke. Manager Dan told me that noise transfers in the car, and when put on the lift, with the tires running free, there was no noise, well of course not, its a rear wheel drive car, the wheels wouldnt move. I usually work on my car by myself, but I told them fine, do it, if this will fix that noise in the front. Of course due to their incompetence I had to drive the car home with the noise, Than The ""top mechanic"" out of the bunch forgot to screw in my brake caliper, so I lost brake function in the rear. Big O is notorious for not putting screws in, and steeling your valve caps. Their ""computer tire balance"" is garbage, and outdated. Do yourself a favor, do not go to Big O Tires. On an other occasion, The body Shop I work with contracted out some work to this god awful rip off, and I lost the entire front end of my car, due to them not putting back a bolt on the steering knuckle.
