Tons of remnants and pallets of wood and pergo. Salespeople laid back and knowledgeable about products they sell. I liked the large selection of vinyl and wood flooring and they actually took the time to explain the benefits of hardwood vs. vinyl and which is best in certain situations. I didn't feel like I was in a big box mart place since they gave me individual attention, which I really like from smaller places. more

nice and cheap carpet! 11/9/2005

Big bobs always have some reasonable priced carpets. There is a large selection of spiffy carpets. They have a very good customer service and people there are wonderful and they are also good at delivery, always on time!. If you happen to stop by at the store just ask the sales people in the store and they will help you because I have been there before and they are friendly and helpful and offer great tips and advice when choosing carpet. more
