If you enjoy having to pay more (raising the cost of insurance ultimately) then these are the people to go to. They have mastered the art of squeezing out the most $$$ per collision. Multiple trips back are required because they don't do everything. Then each trip back another claim is filed and they get to do even more work. If they did it all at once the insurance company would total the car and they would not have all of that gravy work. I would find someplace else to take your business. more

Top quality auto repair and professional service 8/17/2005

I’ve been rear-ended twice and both times and had major front and rear-end damage. I took my SUV’s to Bernies both times. The first time was on the recommendation of the GMC dealer and a co-worker and the second time was on my own because they did such a good job the first time. They are very busy because they’re good, but it’s worth waiting for these guys. You literally can’t tell there’s been any damage to my two year old GMC Envoy. They took care of all the insurance paperwork too. All I did was pick up my “like new” car. more
