Very pleased from start to finish! 3/19/2014

We used Belmont Carpets Woodfloor-Tile for the first time, and Gene was just amazing! He was very helpful, and he was there when we needed him. He guided us with our choices, and he came through. We got floors from them, and we're getting carpet from them next week! The construction guys who did the installation did a very good job. Rick was the supervisor, and Drake and Dan were with him. They were very polite, and very efficient. We were very pleased! We had a small issue with the floor, but I've already discussed it with Gene. I'm sure he will follow up. The quality of the floors is great! It looks better than we thought it would look. It really is more beautiful than we pictured! more

Wonderful experience with no real problems 2/5/2014

Belmont Carpets & Wood Flooring did my carpet. The salesperson, Sandy, was very professional, came out several times to my house, and anytime I called with questions, she was there with answers and got back to me quickly. She was just wonderful. The installers of the carpet were very professional. I had a runner put in and they had to customize it and did a great job. It all came out perfect! I had a wonderful experience with no real problems. At first, I thought the carpet was wrong because it was fresh. They were calm as we made the comparison with the swatch and altered it to match the color. more

Very excellent service 12/13/2013

Belmont Carpets installed carpet for the entire bottom story of my house. The stairs, the living room, the dining room, and the bathrooms. I'm very satisfied and all of my friends have told me that it looks very nice. I'm planning on asking Belmont Carpets to install carpet for the rest of my house. more

I worked with Belmont Carpets Woodfloor-Tile through an insurance company. We had some water damage, so they took out all of the wood flooring we'd had in the house. They then removed carpeting in four bedrooms and put down new hardwood. The contractor I dealt with said that the floor was a great price. I didn't feel like anyone was yanking my chain more

This is the third time that Belmont Carpets did work for us in our home. They laid a hardwood floor throughout the house. We're very satisfied with the quality of the materials and the labor. It's very easy to work with the people. The installers are very pleasant. They did everything we asked of them. It was great. They're very thorough, professional. Gene was the lead man we worked through all three times and he was very courteous. He came when he said he would and he gave us advice on the direction to lay the slates. He did a follow up and we had no problems whatsoever. I would recommend Belmont Carpets. more

Belmont Carpets Woodfloor-Tile was great. I had done a lot of pricing around and they were the cheapest around. They had good quality flooring and they beat my building's offer in terms of quality and price. They installed the whole project in under 3 days and I had engineered hardwood, carpet and tile put in. more

We got 3 bids and Belmont Carpets was the most competitive from a price perspective. They had the biggest selection of materials to choose from. They also finished the job faster than any other vendor had quoted. They really are the best. We worked with Gene at Belmont Carpets because he was recommended to us by neighbors. He was fantastic. It was very low key from a sales perspective. The installers were also very professional. more

3600 sq. ft of wood -demo, installation 3/1/2013

We shopped until we couldnt anymore and lastly found Belmont Carpets and Flooring driving home. Met with Gene Teramura and found what we were looking for. At the best pricing!! They have their own employees doing the demo and installation work, not subcontractors who could care less. Rick, one of the installers has been with Belmont for more then 25 yrs, has more then 30 yrs experience. Work began at 900 am thru 400 pm daily and the entire project completed in 8 business days. That is removing old and installing new 3600 sq. ft. of beautiful Cinnamon Walnut!! With the 6 inch base boards, we couldnt be happier. Mind you the ONLY negative is that the dust and debris involved is a bit much, but just know it is worth it! Talk to Gene and he will guide the process. more

Professional, on schedule, superior installation and craftsmanship. 12/5/2012

I was doing a full house remodel, and I found Belmont Carpets, Woodfloor- Tile through yelp. They came highly rated, and Yelp reviews specifically mentioned Gene at Belmont. They offered great help to select hardwood, floor tile, and carpet, and were very knowledgable, and offered a wide variety of products. I bought flooring early, and they worked with my schedule to make sure it all came together at the right time. The project started when they tore out the old carpet. Two months later they came out to do the rest. All of it was 100. The craftsmanship was excellent. They did a great job so I am glad to give them a review. more

Very impressed with the installers. 10/25/2012

Gene was very good. The first team did a flooring job from the doorway to the hallway to the kitchen, and the next team put in carpeting in the living room. The installers were very good and knowledgeable. They did a nice clean, neat job instead of a hack and whack job. more

Quality product and people, at the right price! 7/10/2012

Belmont Carpets Woodfloor-Tile has been in business for a long time. We had a meeting with the owner Mike and also Gene when we were shopping for tile and carpeting. They were very cordial and professional. We did not buy at the time that we met with them, but I knew that when we were ready to buy carpeting we would do business with them. We did come back to them for our carpeting. It was a comfortable feeling to be involved with a person that has been in the business for so long. They are good people and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for high quality carpeting. Great price, people, and customer service. more
