Not focused on customer satisfaction, seem to cater to law enforcrment crowd. Maybe I should have relayed my past experience. Had simple work performed on two occasions, would have taken any accomplished smith less than 1 hour. First time never notified work was completed, five months was not enough time to confirm zero at a local range, Second time never bothered to call me when a 15 minute job was complete. You would probably get better service sending your gun to manufacturer. Always reluctant to offer times on even the simplest of jobs. If time is important, go elsewhere.
