I called and ordered flowers for a funeral from Barbara's Flower Day. The flowers were never delivered. I called the next day and they confirmed the order but had no excuse for the non-delivery. They then asked if I wanted them to deliver another time???? I asked for my refund they said they would email to me. Two days later I called and they again said they would email. Two more days, I called and they finally emailed. The phone line always had static, I think this is a phone center somewhere in Asia. more
