It's just chicken! 10/19/2005

So apparently, this is one of the more popular places to eat in town. They have a sports bar with a big screen tv for those sports fans. Their speciality is the chicken. I've tried it, and personally, I'd rather get a whole chicken from Costco for 5 bucks or you can get a portion of that size for about 8 dollars at Baccali's. I find the chicken to be rather dry, but they have a blackened version and a regular one. I've also tried the baked pasta with cream sauce. Ehh..skip that one. If you're going to come here, just get the chicken. Perhaps you'll agree with my friends and think it's delicious. more

best bang for your buck 10/4/2005

i'm usually a local at this resturant. Their stuff is cheap + good. You can get a roasted chicken for like 5 bucks + some tea for like 1.50 and all the free refrills all you want. Yet their service is good as well. You can fill yourself up mighty quick with the portions they give you. Also if your into sports you can watch their flatscreen tV's they provide within the resturant. more

BEST FOOD IN TOWN! 9/17/2005

This resturant has the BEST food in town. It's roasted chicken is so tender and juciy that you'll fall in love with it on the first bite. Althought drinks are not free but you do get free refills and the waitors are actually not reluctant to refill for you! The service is so great and it has a friendly atmosphere. Love this place and it's definately worth a try. more

great cantonese cafe 9/1/2005

baccali is a highly recommended cafe for anyone craving westernized cantonese food. i highly recommend the indonesian fried rice although everything on the menu is great. some other favorites are the curries and also the various fish dishes more

Baccali Cafe and Rotisserie 8/27/2005

The restaurant serves a variety of foods ranging from salads to pastas, pork chops, chicken, etc. It is pretty decent at an affordable price especially the rotisserie chicken. However, the service is bad especially towards teenagers. The workers aren't that friendly when it comes to refilling drinks. more

A Nice Place 8/20/2005

This is another typical Chinese café you will find in San Gabirel Valley. The service was fine. The food was pretty good. It has more selections than other cafés and the food just taste better. The chef just seems to done a better job than the other cafés. The environment is pretty nice. A good place to have dinner. more

Baccali Cafe & Rotisserie is more of a Chinese cafe than a real rotisserie. They offer the typical selection of fast cafe food, from curry chicken fried rice to seafood udon noodles. The quality of food is good and the portions are generous. However, the drawback is the absolutely terrible service that they offer. The waiters throw the food on the table with no real service after that point, making it deathly hard to get a simple refill. This creates this feeling of discomfort that makes it frustrating to eat there. more
