My experience at BMW in alhambra is great. they are always so friendly and stright forward. the day i call them is the day i get my car problems fixed, they are just willing to bend over backwards. The sales guy who has sold me a number of cars is the same one I always contact and he refers me to the various other parts of the lot...his name is Hamlet. Hamlet has been there for a long time and knows a lot about the cars and is great at what he does.

Ive had my Honda for almost two years and during all this time have had it serviced at Goudy. Not only did they take me home and pick me up in a timely manner, they were very friendly and very professional. Made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The service to my car was excellent, not to mention a complimentary car wash.

Valley Auto Repair is always busy! It is because customers who had tried other repair shops around town knows that they are the best! They quote you with a reasonable price and gives you detail explanation and information on what they are going to do with your car. They won't bug you to have other parts of your car fixed if you don't want like other auto repairs. They will let you know your car's problem and let you make the decision.

My tow truck driver was amazed and said that Kerechuk was the cleanest auto shop he had ever seen. For a novice like me that didn't mean much. But for insiders, that reflects a level of professionalism and care that is unmistakeable.
This is not the cheapest place to go, but still much cheaper than a dealer. They specialize in Honda/Acura repairs and other Japanese makes. Getting a 30/60/90K mile service is the same here as at the dealer, but at about 2/3 the price. There's not much room to haggle.
They are always busy, so it's the kind of place you want to just drop by. But a good place to make your regular repair shop.

At Alhambra car wash I received excellent service. My car was left super clean and my car looked just like when I bought it. The employees are super friendly. The best thing I like about this place is the cheap prices. I believe they have a great deal for Tuesdays.

Just leased an Accord from Goudy Honda in Alhambra. We went through the Internet Dept and received quotes from multiple dealerships in So Cal. Wife and I decided to visit Goudy Honda as we consistently received calls/emails from different internet sales (David, Victor, and another girl named Mandy). Overall this is the most pleasant experience comparing to my last car minivan from Toyota. The Internet Sales at Goudy are extremely professional and friendly. When we got there we were greeted by David and negotiated with both David and another guy who claims to be the manager Art (don't know the last name), but they gave us a deal we couldn't refuse. Previously we were looking for accord 4cyl but went with the 6cyl as the deal is a much The only negative about the is the car washing/paperwork and facility needs an upgrade otherwise this is an A+ place to buy. Will be trading-in my Sienna for Odyssey in the near future and probably will be back at Goudy again!

I had a flat tire on Thanksgiving. I was so afraid that I can not find anyone to help me, because I don't know how to change tire. I looked around, this auto shop was still open. They helped me to change the tire, and only charge me 10 dollars!!! I was so lucky that I found them to help me. They could charge me much more than that, but they did not do that. If I have any car problems, I am sure I will go back to this auto shop!!

After contacting AutoZone via e-mail and filing a complaint regarding the incident I mentioned above, I was contacted by their district manager. He apologized and told me that this treatment was unusual and not tolerated by his company. In addition, he promised to send me a gift card. I appreciate his efforts, but I'll definitely use the gift card at a different AutoZone store.
