I had always seen this icecream place every time i drove around the street... I finally went to get ice cream there it was fantastic... Its like an old school joint! Its great! Service was great as well!!! I will go there again to get my Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough!!!

my experience at Z Sushi was fun filled and memorable from day one to now almost every friday over the past 15 months. the sushi bar is a perfect size for you and your date or small party. the food is always fresh and never disappointing. i just wish they were open later everyday... thats my only complaint but then again it keeps me on my toes for that next day :)
i've brought friend, dates, neighbors and kids. they have a kids menu and two rooms away from the sushi bar if you like to be "alone". the main drinking bar serves more like a bonus... i wouldn't go there for just a drink or to watch sports. its not rowdy enough for that type of horse play.

their food is delicious for a very cheap price. plus their Thai tea is AWESOME! they serve it in a huge cup! and on Wednesday there's an all you can eat buffet that's really cheap with good quality food!

I have going to Angelo's since I was 10 yrs old. At 33, I can truly say I have grown up with them. THe pizza is amazing and I simply love the garlic bread. This is a true institution and wish them great success in the years ahead with their superior food and great service. If you are passing near Alhambra don't overlook this place and YES the line can be long but its worth it.
Pros: Great Pizza and consistent quality over past 23 yrs.
Cons: Parking is a challenge

If you want to try good thai, chinese and vietnamese food go to noodle world. It is affordable and delicious. I would like to recommend the charbroiled pork chops and the spicy pan fried. These are two of the many favorites I have in this restaurant. My children are picky eaters and they eat happily in this restaurant. Don't forget your cash. They don't accept credit cards.
Pros: good quality food, affordable meals, excellent portions
Cons: crowded on weekends , No reservations , Pay Cash only

I've been going to this place for the last 10 years when they were a tiny restaurant two blocks down. The owners are very nice and the food is amazing.
The palak paneer is great, and the samosas are the best. Most indian restaurants have samosas that are obviously trying to be "fillers" stuffing them with too much dough or potatoes. Here, the outer dough is thin, and the flavors inside are great. Also, the tikka masala along with other curries have a thick consistency, unlike their watered down counterparts.
the best place for lunch.
Pros: good service, nice owners, great location and good price
Cons: not that I can think of

Get home made thai food for a great price. Dishes are around $8-10 and they are good portions. You can share with family members for family style eating. Location is between two busy streets and there is easy access. Restuarant is a good size where I never had to wait for a table. Atmosphere is relaxing and does not get loud, so you can have an intimate meal with someone. Surrounding area is becoming more busy and has the feel of old town pasadena. You can have an enjoying walk down main street or go to the movies across the street.
Pros: Crab fried rice and pad thai are awesome, can't go wrong with thai iced tea
Cons: at night parking there is valet service, can be a little hard finding parking
