IN SHORT
Town Square shoppers break for lunch and dinner at BRIO, a casual, white-tablecloth restaurant serving authentic, northern Italian cuisine. The 9,400 square-foot restaurant has a 35-foot replica of the façade of the Roman Coliseum and a comfortable dinning room with seating for 200 on an outdoor patio. Chefs prepare steaks, home-made pasta dishes, roasted fish and flatbread pizzas cooked in a wood-burning oven. Appetizers, such as the Ahi tuna caponata or spicy shrimp and eggplant, are large and meant for sharing. Innovative dinner entrees include: the chicken limone and an artichoke and herb-crusted pork chp.
