I have never had an account at this bank, but I have interacted with them several times due to my past job. The workers always seem to be friendly and helpful. When I ran into some difficulty with the account I was handling, the workers were very thorough in explaining the situation to me. The lines at the bank however, always seems to be really long and slow. more

Family Friendly Bank 7/17/2005

I have been going to this bank for over twenty years and they have provided great service during all these years. The customer service is what keeps me with them, especially the financial service consultants. These days I have been trying to figure out an appropriate investment strategy and the employees have been really helpful in helping me understand the different types of investment plans and they offer great advice. more
