They have tons to choose from. I bought my living room furniture from that store. I had a wonderful sales person. I told him to leave me alone and when I find something that catches my eye I would let him know. He checked on me a few times but did not hound me. Two other times I was in the store looking for bedroom furniture. I kept telling the sales woman to just let me look. She followed me none stop. Finally I just left and went elsewhere. The next time I went in for new mattresses. She would not leave me be. She gave me a price which was good but I wanted to think. Well she wanted an answer why I wouldn’t purchase it. Finally again I left. She insulted other establishments. Which is awful to do. Sometimes you just like to browse. more

We purchased a sectional and a piece of artwork. Everyone at Biltrite from the sales staff, especially Bill, to the family members Randi and Gail went out of their way to help us make our decision on fabric, color, style of our sectional. If you want quality, well made furniture that will last a lifetime and also is made by American workers you need to check out Biltrite Furniture. My family and I have been shopping at Biltrite for several years now and are loyal customers. We love the Rowe brand for sofas and chairs for the living room. Before initially shopping at Biltrite, I looked at other stores as well and went back to Biltrite for the selection, value and customer service. We were lucky enough to work with Maureen. We have bought sofas for 3 different houses and keep coming back! We also bought a beautiful cloth recliner for my elderly mother. Maureen really knows her stuff, has a great eye for color and is helpful. She remembers us every time. She even got our most recent ordered rushed from the manufacturer to accomodate our schedule. Built Rite Furniture has been around for four generations and my family has been a loyal customer for three generations. Our parents bought their first furniture at the store on Mitchell Street. We have purchased items there also, but love the new store in Greenfield. I have been shopping at BiltRite since the 1980's. Most of my house is furnished from them. The quality is very good, the price is right and the customer service is awesome. This time around I went in looking for some kind of cabinet to house records and a player. I was helped by a very friendly saleswoman who directed me to a piece I never would have thought of. I also was fortunate to meet a store-owned family member- Randi- who was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for furniture at a reasonable price and a non pressure atmosphere. I will definitely return when looking for my next piece. more

I had my first experience at Biltrite this past month. I purchased a sofa (I built it myself) with tons of help from Gail who was so professional, knowledgeable, and very accomodating. Then, I needed an accent chair and she helped me do the same with the chair. I LOVE my new set!! I can't say enough of how pleased I am from the purchase at the store, the delivery men and service, and the follow-up from Gail. A wonderful experience and I will surely be back again!! We were impressed with the store right from the start as were greeted by a very friendly employee. Then were were directed to our sales person, Lee, who was very knowledgeable, courteous, and paid special attention to our needs. After deciding on our purchase of a love seat and end table, Lee took us to the office staff to complete the sale and finalize the delivery information. This staff did an exceptional job of keeping us posted on the delivery status, and scheduling the delivery. The delivery crew did an excellent job of setting up our furniture. When my elderly Father in Law needed new furniture for his move out of his 60 year home; he felt frustrated by the lack of choices and the low quality of the items he did find. I took him to Bilt-Rite. Why? Because my parents and grand-parents went there. We walked in the door and were promptly greeted by Rick. My FIL has bad hearing and doesn't walk well. Rick quickly assessed our needs and took us exactly to the selection of merchandise that would work for our price range. He was patient and helpful and respectful. A refreshing change that harkens back to the day when a sales professional was just that, a professional. He was knowledgeable about the details of the kitchen style tables we were looking at. He pointed out both the benefits and downfalls of particular styles. He instilled in us a real sense of trust; vs. our experience at other stores where the people were little more than clerks looking to quickly separate you from your money. Rick was helpful and aware that my FIL was tiring. He quickly found him a comfy chair and brought the transaction to him instead of having him walk the length of the store. He took the time to explain the delivery and pick up options, the inspection process, the warranty and the details simply and quickly without confusing doublespeak or upselling. What Rick and the Team at Bilt-Rite understand is that they are not just serving the community, they're a MEMBER of the community. At Bilt-Rite, they treat you like they're going to see you again; not just at the store but out and about! My husband and I just purchased another room full of furniture for our house from Biltrite. Over the years we have only purchased from them (Maureen)! With our most recent purchase of our bedroom furniture, the manufacturer did not finish off the staining properly and there were minor detail problems. This furniture was considered one of the stores best quality manufacturers, and in spite of the initial problem, this manufacturer and biltrite stood behind the product to get it right!!! Maureen, one of the family owners came out to my home to view the problems, relay the info to the manufacturer, and presented us with options to remedy the problem. We could not have been happier with the trust they had in us to take our concerns very seriously. Maureen was able to turn a large blunder (done by the manufacturer) into a win-win situation for everyone involved. We can not say enough for Maureen and the customer service that she has shown us over the years. We will ALWAYS purchase from Biltrite. more
