We were impressed with the store right from the start as were greeted by a very friendly employee. Then were were directed to our sales person, Lee, who was very knowledgeable, courteous, and paid special attention to our needs. After deciding on our purchase of a love seat and end table, Lee took us to the office staff to complete the sale and finalize the delivery information. This staff did an exceptional job of keeping us posted on the delivery status, and scheduling the delivery. The delivery crew did an excellent job of setting up our furniture. We will definitely be buying all our furniture in the future from Bilt Rite. This was the best buying experience we have had.
