Editorial review from Citysearch 2/26/2013

In January did an internet deal with Bethann, went great, accepted deal for 50,000. Wanted to lease. Was not ready for Bastian the bully. By the time he was done I owed \r Ford Motor credit 61,000(still mad at myself for allowing that). After many phone calls thought I had most of the extras cancelled. Now 2 months later still not credited back. Love the car but I don't think even the free service can get me back there. Finding a lawyer. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 1/22/2013

This is the worst dealership! Finance manager Bastian Falsafi was arrogant, aggressive and dishonest. Pushed us to use Ford Credit instead of our own financing so we would get an extra $500 rebate. He lied and said we could refinance the car as new with our bank after but our bank now values the car as ""used"" and won't finance the entire amount. We are stuck with high Ford Credit interest rate which will cost THOUSANDS of $$ more!! Also lied and told us we had to make 4 payments before refinancing or we would have to pay back all the rebates. NOT true! You can refinance/payoff the loan at anytime with no penalty. Pushed unnecessary extras showing how little it changed the monthly payment but he had increased the # of payments without pointing it out. His manager Steve Jaichner ignored my calls and emails! We will never go back! more

We had a good car buying experience at Power Ford on E. Frank Lloyd Wright. Tim, our salesperson, was very helpful. We gave him the big run around with lots of questions, expressed doubt, came back and forth 4 times, emailed, etc., and he stayed with us and answered all of our questions every time. We finally purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer and feel we were treated very fairly. We normally hate the car buying experience but this has been our best. Everyone was friendly, very helpful and we went away satisfied, well-informed customers. more

This Dealership is a Bait & Switch Dealer 12/10/2011

Wanted to buy a Ford Ranger. Call Bruce Mortensen the Internet Salesman. Was told what I wanted was in stock. Drove 2 hours from Chino Valley to find out he lied. Then was told by salesman Barret he would have the truck I wanted brought over from another dealer and I could see it on Saturday. Drove another 2 hours. Called Bruce before I left and ask him to call me back if truck was not there. No call back. Get there no truck. All Managers wanted to do was argue. If I would buy the truck sight unseen they would go get it from other dealer. This business lies. Be careful if you do business there. more

Escape to Power Ford 8/10/2011

Power Ford is the place to go. I have several dealerships that would be closer for me to bring my Escape to but I wouldn't go anywhere else. Greg in the service department is a straight shooter, no lies and very knowledgeable i've dealt with a couple of the other guys and they were to. They're are a busy location but always seem to have my vehicle ready when promised. I went to another dealer and "" my car was falling apart"" went to Power Ford and just as I suspected it was perfectly fine, the other dealer had $ signs in their eyes, and now Power has a customer for life!! I escaped to Power Ford and I'm so glad I did. more

Great service! 7/31/2011

My Ford Truck needed a part fixed and it was on a sunday so most dealerships were not open. Thankfully, Power Ford was open and the fixed my car in a short period of time. Wonderful experience. more

I purchased a used Ford Ranger mid June 2011 and paid cash. No one ever mentioned anything about running my credit report, nor did I sign anything authorizing it, but it was run. All the staff were nice when buying, but when I tried to call in after the sale about the credit report, nobody would have any part of it. Several people never returned calls. A couple people passed the buck. A couple people told me false information about having to do it for Homeland Security. They didn't know what they were talking about. I finally got to someone who knew the rules, but even though they had nothing with my signature he still said there was nothing he could do. This is an important element. All staff members should KNOW what the process is, and anytime a report is run they should MAKE SURE they talk to the customer beforehand. I had to write the credit agency requesting to have it removed. I'm also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and writing to their highest ranked employ more

Service Department 5/25/2011

The work is very good. Here is my gripe: I received a coupon for an oil change and vehicle point check up for $14.99. (They wanted to get me in.) The oil change and checkup took over 2 hours. The Service adviser told me the car had torn boots on the upper control arms. They were also peeled back and had already started to damage the arm mechanism. The cost to replace both control arms $679.09. I took the car for a second opinion to a very reputable auto repair shop who told me the boots were torn, not peeled back and there is no damage right now. The front end is tight and it is not ready to be repair. He said to wait and it is safe to drive. Always get a SECOND opinion. Second opinion done by Air Park Auto repair on Raintree Dr in Scottsdale, off Hayden Rd, excellent service, I have used them before. more
