American Home Services is a fairly new home warranty company. What makes them different from other home warranty companies is that they employ their own repairmen. That means no working with the middleman - if you have done that previously, you know what a hassle it can be. The prices are competitive with other home warranty companies. The staff is friendly and tries to help in any way they can. I have been with them for 2 months now and have had no problems. It was easy to schedule a repair man to come out to my house and it was even easier to reschedule when I couldn't make the original appointment. A company definitely worth looking into!
