I used to be a frequent shopper at my local Albertsons until they refused to help me. I went through the self check out line and the computer froze right after I swiped my card. It charged my bank account double. So I called them to let them know what happened and the person who does the books said that everything was correct in the books from that day, and the only way that I could have it fixed is if we called our bank. So I had my bank dispute the charge. Needless, to say I am $40 less in my bank account for their computer's mistake. Being a teacher, my salary does not allow extra money to give Albertson's money.
