Didn't get what I was looking for, but Kathy was great. 10/7/2013

We ended up going to a different mortgage broker, but Kathy at AAA Mortgage Money was great. She did all she could for me, but the people she referred me to had too many rules or excuses, so the mortgage didn't happen. I'd still recommend Kathy. I was give a lot of options and went to a lot of places. It just didn't work out with them, but not for a lack of trying on Kathy's part. more

Wonderful 10/4/2013

I bought a house and Aaa Mortgage Money was my lender so they did everything. Everything went smooth except Kathy didn't warn us that our bank wouldn't be where we were moving. I was moving from the west coast to Pittsburgh. With Bank of America, you can only wire $10,000 a day and I didn't know this until the night before buying the house. So I had to drive from Pittsburgh to Maryland to get the money in person. She then tried to say it was the responsibility of the Realtor in Las Vegas to warn me about that. Besides that, the experience was wonderful. more

I can't really say too many negative things. 9/10/2013

I thought that Kathy from AAA Mortgage Money found me a mortgage with a good rate. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the company she chose for me was one I had never heard of, and they weren't willing to do the biweekly payments that I wanted to do. That was a little bit of a disadvantage. I never told her I wanted that, but still, Bank of America and others do this, but this little company doesn't. Everything else was fine, though. I appreciated the rate she got me. more

Best experience I've ever had filling out a loan 9/9/2013

With AAA Mortgage Money, I didn't have to do anything but sign the papers. It happened quickly, quicker than buying my house, even. Someone recommended them to me so I called them up and the lady, can't remember her name, said an inspection would need to be done. She called two days later, we made the inspection appointment and we explained what I wanted to be done. I'm not a financial person and there was some stuff that wasn't supposed to be put on there during the inspection but she fixed it for me. more

Kathy has done a fantastic job servicing our clients to get the house they deserve and can afford. She takes a proactive approach to ensure that her borrowers have a sound credit history, and if they don't, she will make sure to offer suggestions and tips to improve a credit report to where it needs to be in order to qualify for a home mortgage. In other words, I would HIGHLY recommend seeing Kathy for all your mortgage needs. She is compassionate, insightful and an all around amazing individual. more

Great communication and deal-closing 5/13/2013

AAA Mortgage Money is great, we recommend them all the time! We mainly deal with Kathy but the closing companies that Kathy works with and the underwriters are great at closing deals. She makes it less stressful on us and clients which is great. She stays on top of transactions well and stays in close contact with us throughout the process. AAA Mortgage makes communication easy for us and in the 3 years we have used them I can't think of any terrible complications. more

Never a bad experience in 10 years. 5/13/2013

I've worked with Kathy at AAA Mortgage Money for 10 years. I use her on every deal I do. I've never had a deal fall through and have never had any problems. She's my go to person for mortgages. She has always been on time with documents and I've never had anything held up. I highly recommend her to everyone! more
