I thought that Kathy from AAA Mortgage Money found me a mortgage with a good rate. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the company she chose for me was one I had never heard of, and they weren't willing to do the biweekly payments that I wanted to do. That was a little bit of a disadvantage. I never told her I wanted that, but still, Bank of America and others do this, but this little company doesn't. Everything else was fine, though. I appreciated the rate she got me.
