A Perfect Touch Limo

We used Perfect Touch for our wedding. The party bus was waiting for us when the ceremony finished and the driver, Dennis, was super nice! Our wedding party really loved the bus and we had a great time driving to the reception site. I wouldn't use any other limo service after having such a great experience! :) more

We rented This company for our wedding on 11-24-12, I called in about 4 months in advance and talked with Jeff the GM, he sent me the contract, I filled it out and sent it back and he called to confirm everything was in place. I called a few days before our wedding to confirm and got Jeff again and he said everything was in place and wished me good luck. On the mourning of the wedding the Limo Bus showed up and it was a girl driver by the name of Ronnie, she was fantastic, helped us carry our belongings out to the Limo and took care of the rest of the day. I was on a part bus with Driver Derek on Friday October 24th and he was so incredibly nice! We were kind of a pain because we had to go all over Forest Park for wedding pictures but he took us with a smile on his face. I thought I should write a review due to the fact the other review was negative and I just cant believe what they have stated..\r \r We have used this company 3 times in the last 2 years, one was for my 21 birthday and one was for my wedding and the last time we used them for my husbands 24th birthday. \r \r I have had 3 different cars, all were very clean, very nice inside and showed up a few minutes early every time. The drivers were top notch, We had driver Lyle last time and he took care of us the whole night, driving safely, he was well mannered and kept our limo clean by picking up trash the entire night.\r \r As far as the people answering the phones, they were very accommodating and pleasant as well.\r \r We will definitely use them again.....\r \r I highly recommend that you use this company.....\r \r Karen Melton Pros: Great Customer Service, Big Company, Nice Cars, On Time more

I didn't even get a chance to finish booking my limo because the company was so inept that they couldn't properly fill out a form contract. The first time, they made a mistake regarding the date and my billing address. The second time they made a mistake regarding the time of pick up/drop off. All of these things are VERY SIGNIFICANT when ordering a limo... and they couldn't even get it right. However, people make mistakes, so I was willing to STILL give them a chance. However, when I requested assurance from the company's representative that the limo service would go smoothly for our party, HE COULDN'T EVEN PROVIDE ASSURANCE!! He told me something along the lines of ""Things like this just happen sometimes. I can't guarantee anything."" Needless to say I immediately canceled the reservation and sent an immediate notice to my credit card company to be on the look out for a fraudulent charge from this sketchy company! I highly recommend that you all GO SOMEWHERE ELSE for your limo needs... I wouldn't trust this place for anything!! Pros: NONE!! Cons: The worst customer service I've ever received! more

The limo we rented was fine, but the driver was a bit sketchy. Got out of the limo and was drinking with our party in the club at one point. Also, some folks accidently left some belongings in the limo that should have been turned into a lost-and-found and they weren't. Perhaps we should have been more careful, but it would have been nice if a family run company could have instructed its drivers to be more thoughtful about the belongings of its paying customers.
