We used this company for our wedding transportation, and they were okay for us. However, I rated them the way I did because I heard many stories from other brides about crappy service and many mistakes that were made by this company during their use of them. However, for us personally, they were fine. They were on time and they had everything according to the contract. So overall we were happy with their service.

I took a cab from Lambert Airport to Richmond Height vicinity. The distance + special fee + tip should only cost me about $35. But the driver claimed not to have any spare change on him when I gave him a $50, which was all I had. I was not very happy with the situation. After a while.. he managed to fish out 10 bucks from his pocket and said he had ‘ no more’. Then managed to take off.. leaving me in the dust. NEVER NEVER NEVER taking any cab from this company again!
