Review content:
Dr. gower was rude and condescending. Had a sleep study schedueld and they canceled my appointment when they found a possible problem with my insurance instead of calling me to see if it could be resolved. BCBS asked for a copy of the medical record to pay the bill and they never submitted nor ever even called bcbs to see why. Now, they are billing me despite my numerous attempts to remind them that I can't submit the medical record.
