I Dont know it is good or bad but my experience with this taxi Cab company us different.lastima night One of there taxi Cab driver pick me up from downtown Castro st.i was preety drunk and drop my phone in there taxi.nexo morning when i call there dispatch number they said they hve my i phone.i was impressed.i really like the honesty of this Yellow taxi company..good Work nexo time o m gona use there CAB service only..
